It is always a pleasure to see Taylor (thiswaywithtay) and Jeremy out wine tasting in Woodinville! We all caught up over a lovely wine tasting at W.T. Vintners in Woodinville’s Warehouse District last weekend. It was so great to catch up with her!
W.T. Vintners has one of the only few Vend Charcuterie machines in Washington State! I love these machines – they make it so convenient to buy a delicious snack when you’re out wine tasting and get nibbly. They’re stocked with cheese, crackers, olives, meat, and even chocolate bars! You use your debit or credit card, make your selections, and pick up your tasty snacks at the bottom of the machine.
You can also find a Vend Charcuterie machine nearby at the Warr-King Wines tasting room in the warehouse district, too.
I love that they served our tasting flight in little beakers. I felt like a chic little wine scientist! Each beaker held enough wine to split between the four of us. This, of course, is the Rainmaker Rose.
Have you picked up a copy of this Washington Wine and Food Cookbook yet? I think this is such a beautiful cookbook. It feature 80 recipes from some of Seattle’s top chefs, celebrating 40 Washington State winemakers. It’s definitely a gorgeous tribute to Washington wine!
I love the seating and overall vibe of this W.T. Vintners Woodinville tasting room! There is also a lovely outdoor patio available, but it was a super hot afternoon and we opted for air conditioning.
This was a stellar lineup, with award winning and notable Grenache and Mourvedre. I also really loved the Pinot Noir Rose and the Syrah. This Chardonnay was awarded 92 points from Wine Enthusiast and 93 points from Wine and Spirits, so if you enjoy Chardonnay, don’t miss it! Personally, I would pick the Chenin Blanc from Upland Vineyard, but thats just me!
W.T. Vintners (short for the White and Thorsen Family Vintners) is located in Woodinville’s Warehouse district and is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Reservations are highly encouraged, and you can book by clicking, here!
