I accidentally drove around in 90 degree temperatures for 10 days with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from Sightglass Cellars in my car. I then ran to the winery to buy a new bottle of their delicious white wine. Now, can I tell the difference between the “cooked” bottle and the one that’s been properly stored in my refrigerator?
