Due to the immediate shutdown of restaurants and tasting rooms here in Woodinville as well as in the rest of the state, many of our wine industry and restaurant friends are unemployed for the forseeable future. Jen and I want to do something to help, so we are starting the Woodinville Wine Industry Food Pantry.
It’s a no-shame zone where you can come pick up food with no questions asked and no documentation needed.
You are eligible to come get food if you work/ed in Bothell, Woodinville or Maltby restaurants and wineries.
This is a NO SHAME zone. It’s ok to pick up food if you need help. There’s nothing wrong with getting some help during this difficult time. Give back when you can, to another food pantry in the future. Food banks are like a bank: Sometimes you make a deposit, sometimes you make a withdrawal.
Any leftover food that’s donated that we don’t give out will be donated to The Woodinville Storehouse food pantry.
