Mark Ryan Winery in Walla Walla, WA.
In July, Carrie and I wanted to take a trip to the Walla Walla Wine Valley and support our friendly Woodinville wineries who also call that city their home. Our wine adventure in Walla Walla would not have been complete without a visit to Mark Ryan Winery.
The tasting room offers both indoor and outdoor seating options for guests and is centrally located on Main Street, in downtown Walla Walla.
We both loved this casual seating area and the unique cowhide benches.
The tasting counter is surrounded by various vintages and sizes of Mark Ryan wine. One of my favorites is their Dead Horse, a Red Mountain blend that is 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, 4% Cab Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
Here is another view of these cool cowhide benches! I’m not sure if I trust myself enough to sit on them while drinking red wine, but I like them nonetheless.
Mark Ryan Winery is a very stylish and modern looking tasting room that visitors to Walla Walla should try. The Walla Walla tasting room is open Sunday – Thursday from 11-5, Friday from 11 – 8 and Saturday from 11 – 6. They are located at 26 E Main Street, Walla Walla, WA.
If you are wine tasting in Woodinville and would like to visit Mark Ryan Winery, they are open Monday – Friday from 11 – 5 pm, with happy hour on Thursday and Friday from 5-7 pm. Saturday and Sunday hours are 12-6 pm. The Woodinville tasting room is located in the Hollywood District at 14475 Woodinville-Redmond Rd, Woodinville WA.
Enjoy!
