My friend John and I stopped by the Obelisco Estate tasting room at the Apple Farm Village recently. I wanted to taste and pick up a bottle of their Rosé, and see what was on their current tasting menu lineup and events calendar.
Obelisco’s live music starts on Saturday nights at 4:30 pm.
Upcoming musicians include Spencer Coffman, Jason and Abraham from Sunshine Junkies, Ian Skavdahl, and Dave Hannon.
The Obelisco Estate 2017 Cabernet Rosé is made from 100% Cabernet. Less than 160 cases were produced. It tastes crisp and clean. I’ll serve this with the salad course at one of my upcoming outdoor dinner parties!
