#1 Valentine’s Day Dinner at Davenport Cellars.
Chef Anne Marie will present a five-course Valentine’s Day Dinner. And of course, the dinner will be paired with wines from Davenport Cellars. This is such a fun and welcoming place to visit!
I’m glad to read that they will do their best to accomodate dietary restrictions. Taking a peek at their intriguing five course menu, I definitely see that this meal could work for a vegetarian like me!
#2 Chocolates From Around the World, at Castillo de Feliciana. This event happens just before Valentine’s Day, on February 9-11.
I love the cozy Castillo building, and what fun it would be to sample their wines while enjoying chocolate fondue!
#3 Valentine’s Day dinner at Barking Frog (recently re-open after a kitchen renovation!) Their Valentine’s Prix Fixe menu is available February 9-18. It features Vichyssoise with White Truffles and Chive; Beef Tenderloin and Lobster with Whipped Potatoes; and for dessert, Chocolate Flourless Cake.
Imagine how romantic your surroundings would be, too!
#4 Valentine’s Day at The Hollywood Tavern, and fire pit. Luckily the Woodinville forecast doesn’t call for rain on Valentine’s Day, so perhaps if we bundled up well, we could enjoy their awesome fire pit with after-dinner drinks in the evening!
The Hollywood Tavern is offering a special Shareables menu: Shrimp Cocktail (to share); Choice of Prime Rib or Salmon plate, with Mashed Potato and Veggies; Crème Brûlée (to share); and two chocolate covered strawberries.
#5 Patterson Cellars Rosé release and chocolate pairing
Patterson Cellars will be offering a special Valentine’s Flight between February 9 and February 14. in all three of their tasting rooms, including their Woodinville location.
You’ll get to taste their 2016 Blanc de blanc Sparkling Chardonnay (wow!), their newly released 2017 Forbidden Rosé; the 2017 Patterson Rosé; the 2015 Sangiovese; their 2016 Late Harvest Roussanne; and for a sweet finish, their 2016 Port.
On Saturday and Sunday, they’ll also be serving chocolate pairings from Theo Chocolate.
We wanted to cap the list at five tempting events to choose from, but I also can’t resist mentioning the Valentine’s Day Fondue and Wine Tasting Party over at Matthews Winery too!
